A printed, editioned, and signed screen-cap of my poem "Poem For Sitting in Panera" is being auctioned off as part of a benefit for Les Figues Press on October 7th in L.A. "Poem..." was curated by Colleen Grennan, who was curated by Jesse Benson in accordance with the auction's "Excess" theme.

Reading at the OSU Urban Arts Space

I recently read poems at the OSU Urban Arts Space as part of the ongoing Paging Columbus reading series curated by Hannah Stephenson. This is a recording of that.

CSBYS MONTHLY MAY 2010

The May issue of CSBYS Alternative Monthly features writing by Nick See, Down With The Clown, Jane Rager, Matt Tard and Pat Hauser. I have two poems in the issue: "Besides the Biz Markie Interpolation Part One" and "Besides the Biz Markie Interpolation Part Two." Also features a photo spread of founding CSBYS editor Brian Deller and his going away party. Sad!

Cat Pack For AEM

                                 Cat Pack Portraits by Sara Drake-Wain

On the occasion of Anne Elizabeth Moore's birthday month, Sara Drake and I hatched together a gift cat pack inspired by Sara's currently gestating comics biography of Louis Wain and Anne's two kit-kats. Sara painted these frisky portraits of Thurber and All Girl Metal Band while I wrote them honorific poems - Thurber's details his careening addiction to catnip while All Girl Metal Band's is an eponymous investigation into the world of discrimination and metal show flyers. The poems may be read after "the jump."
